Jim Carrey’s new website is facing serious criticism from fans and internet surfers alike Jim Carrey recently launched his new website www.jimcarrey.com But the design of the website is earning negative reputation for the actor. The website’s home page features a gallery of videos and images made and compiled through flash. The website features insights into the mind of a person who uses his rear end as his second mouth; probably Jim was greatly inspired by Ace Ventura’s Pet Detective. Critics have called his webpage ’seriously weird and bizarre’. Another annoying thing in the website is to find the featured photos and video links to actor’s performances. You need to move the cursor around and will have to search the hidden ’surprised photos.’
Making your own webpage is increasingly becoming a hot trend among internet users. Millions of users, who are literally no-body, have put up their personal WebPages. The internet is becoming a plethora of boring web pages now.
Talking about WebPages and celebrities, personally, I think celebrities need to put up their own WebPages as their fans want to know about them. Admit it, we all are curious to know what our favorite actors, actresses, and musicians are up to. We want to have an insight into their very glamorous life and their WebPages provide us an opportunity to have sneak peek into their active life. Many celebrities have put up some excellent web pages, something we would like to browse through again and again. For instance: Ryan Adam’s web page is one sure treat for his fans. Not that the website’s interface is excellent but also the actor updates his websites regularly telling his fans what’s latest on his mind. Probably, Jim Carrey also needs to learn something from him to make his website
