In a bit of sad news, Celine Dion’s husband Rene Angelil has announced that they’re no longer expecting a child.
Celine Dion’s fans were so excited when her doctor told the world over the summer that the 41-year-old singer was pregnant with her second child via in vitro fertilization.
But now, sadly, it appears he spoke a little too soon. The frozen embyros apparently implanted in two attempts in August and October were unsuccessful.
Singer Celine Dion and her husband Rene Angelil, has reported called off the pregnancy news, stating “the frozen embryos they had implanted in two attempts August and October, had been unsuccessful”.
The couple have one son, René-Charles, 8. He was also conceived with help from Rosenwaks at New York-Presbyterian Hospital/Weill Cornell Center Medical Center. The parents have been trying to have a second child after their son Rene-Charles, but none of the attempts had worked, but they are not giving up on trying.
