Nokia 6600i is now available for purchase in India for a price tag of approximately $300, i.e Rs.13000. The the phone has dimensions of 93.0 x 45.0 x 14.2 mm and weighs just 110 grams. Nokia today announced the launch of this slider phone with the capability of doubling as a modem.

The phone features a 2.2 inch color TFT screen, a 5 mega pixel camera along double LED flash and autofocus with an 8X zoom. The best features in the 6600i include Nokia Xpress audio messaging, and speed dialing for SMS sending. Nokia 6600i is equipped with a TFT screen of 2.2″ , which supports a resolution of 320 x 240 pixels (QVGA). It also has a 5 megapixel camera with autofocus and double LED flash.

The Nokia 6600i has an in-built Nokia Music player and offers support for mp3, .wma, .aac, eAAC, eAAC+ formats. Other features also includes FM radio, maps, accelerometer sensors, bluetooth, and stereo headset.

It has a standard Li-Ion 1000 mAh (BL-4U) battery, which offers standby time of 348 hours and talk time of 4 hours.

Nokia 6600i also offers seamless network connectivity support for 3G, EDGE, GPRS, GSM, 3G, EDGE, GPRS, GSM, HSCSD, UMTS (3G) networks, 850,900, 1800, 1900, 2100 services.
