America’s Next Top Model contestant Nik Pace is suing New York Jets wide receiver Braylon Edwards for up to $70,000 a month in child support, reports the New York Post.

Nik, who was a finalist on Tyra Banks’ show in 2005, gave birth to Braylon Jr. back in August, and Braylon Sr. immediately filed to be recognized as the father. The only problem, according to Pace’s lawyer, is that the football star filed in Georgia, where the courts are traditionally less rewarding in child support payments.
