The plane crash happened shortly after take off from Beirut International Airport in a stormy weather. An official report indicated that there were 90 passengers including eight crew members on board. The ill fated plane which was supposed to take off at 2:10 A.M. had a delay and left only by 2:30 A.M.

It is around 1,730-mile flight to Addis Ababa. It was raining incessantly since Sunday night through Monday.

A report claimed that 4 bodies have already been recovered by the rescue officials from the site and that there is very little possibility of finding anyone alive. The Lebanon President, Michel Suleiman, has articulated deep sorrow over the air mishap. We will be bringing more on Ethiopian Plane Crash, the pictures and video soon. Come back again!!!
