The plane crash happened shortly after take off from Beirut International Airport in a stormy weather. An official report indicated that there were 90 passengers including eight crew members on board. The ill fated plane which was supposed to take off at 2:10 A.M. had a delay and left only by 2:30 A.M.
It is around 1,730-mile flight to Addis Ababa. It was raining incessantly since Sunday night through Monday.
A report claimed that 4 bodies have already been recovered by the rescue officials from the site and that there is very little possibility of finding anyone alive.
