Tom Brookshier passed away Friday night after a long battle with Cancer. He was 78. Tom Brookshier was former Philadelphia Eagles All-Pro defensive back in 1960 championship.
Tom Brookshier had 20 interceptions spread across seven seasons with Eagles that earned him honors in 1959 and then 1960.
Brookshier announced NFL games for CBS once he retired. Tom Brookshier is one of the 7 Eagles to have his number retired too.
