Dallas Cowboys Lawsuit Sued by Woman Sexual Assault News Update Picture Video Photos Images Jane Doe-
Former Dallas Cowboys star Michael Irvin is in trouble just days before the 2010 Super Bowl. A women has filed a sexual assault lawsuit against him claiming that he sexually assaulted her at a South Florida hotel.
The woman referred to as Jane Doe filed a lawsuit in Broward County Circuit Court claiming damages for assault that is said to have occurred in July, 2007.
However, the court has dismissed the case as a false attempt for civil extortion, today.
