Undercover Boss, reality show was aired immediately after Super Bowl 2010 and it has now become the most searched term on internet. The reality show was a good fun for the viewers and CBS hope to make it more excitable. The way show works is, the top management officials and CEO will be driven to experience the life of an average worker in their concerns, they will work with their employees without revealing their identity.
The first show of Undercover Boss, had Larry O’Donnel, the president and C.O.O. of multi-billion dollar Waste Management Company. Larry was made to clean toilets and pick up garbage, which he had to do without his employees realizing his identity.
Even before the show came on CBS, earlier last week, Larry O’Donnel appeared on The Oprah Winfrey Show to share his feelings, experience on this show and how it changed his life and perception.
So who’s live is going to change next? It’s going to be CEO of Hooters and the president of 7-Eleven, who will be playing their own employees next week.
