A Child Abduction Emergency has been issued today, Feb 14, 2010 in Maryland. Karina Elizabeth Garcia, who is allegedly been kidnapped, is 11-year-old Hispanic female child, who is with Elmer Velaya, a Hispanic male, estimated to be between 30 to 37 years old, her alleged kidnapper around 2PM.
As per the reports, Elizabeth Garcia and Elmer Velaya were last sighted at Prince Georges County MD, traveling in Orange 18 wheel tractor with flatbed trailer possessing Virginia tags.
The Maryland State Police have slapped a Maryland Child Amber Alert.
Karina Elizabeth Garcia’s Description:
- About 4 feet ten inches tall
- Around 110 pounds.
- Wearing a red shirt with yellow stars, and a blue jeans
- Long black hair.
Velaya Description:
- Five feet 5 inches tall
- 175 pounds.
- Might have barbwire tattoos on both biceps
- A letter Z on his ring finger tattooed
