Late last night, Nintendo unveiled the next chapter in the Pokemon series. This newest game, called Pokemon Black and White, will be a brand new experience – unlike the recent HeartGold and SoulSilver, which hung new bells and whistles on an older release.
Nintendo said that Pokemon Black and Pokemon White will introduce a new generation of monsters and that "every aspect will be reborn innovatively".
The games will be released on DS in Japan this autumn, while a worldwide release yet to be announced.
Last month, Nintendo released Pokemon HeartGold and SoulSilver in Europe.
