James Avery Craftsman Inc. is poised to open a fresh store this week at City Base Landing, the retail center situated at what was earlier Brooks Air Force Base.
The jewelry is expected to commence sale on Friday, May 28, at the Southeast San Antonio shopping center. James Avery is renowned for its bracelets, silver rings, charms, pendants, earrings, and necklaces.
Kerrville is where James Avery is based, a city situated north of San Antonio in the Texas Hill Country. The company has plans to open new stores in Wichita Falls, Nashville and Texas too in the later part of this year.
The company at present operates 55 stores in Alabama, Texas, Colorado, Louisiana, Georgia, and Oklahoma.
The terms of the Financial deal in the lease wasn’t revealed, however the rental rates in City Base Landing are currently at $16 to $23 per-square-foot ranges.
City Base Landing is administered and leased by San Antonio-based HPI Real Estate Services & Investments. If you would like to visit, the 550,000-square-foot City Base Landing retail center is situated in close proximity to the intersection of Interstate 37 and Military Drive.
