Secret wedding bells have rung for Singer Alanis Morissette. The Canadian-born Alanis Morissette, singer and songwriter has secretly married her fresh boyfriend of just 7 months, rapper Souleye, in a personal ceremony at home the last month, as per numerous reports.

If you would remember Morissette was formerly engaged to actor Ryan Reynolds and had begun dating rapper Souleye, the real name is Mario Treadway, in October 2009? Then the two were not known to be engaged.

Morissette, 36, married rapper Souleye, 30, at a private ceremony at their Los Angeles home on May 22 in attended only by close friends and family, her representative informed the press. The rep refused to divulge any further details regarding the wedding

As per few magazine reports, Morisette later tweeted regarding her marriage on her Twitter page to share her wedding news with the fans. The singer, is famous for her hits such as ‘Hand In My Pocket” and ‘Ironic’
She tweeted:
