Allison Coss, a 24-year-old Florida woman is accusing “Full House” actor John Stamos of attempting to get her intoxicated with intention of have sex with her in an alleged extortion trial that she is undergoing.
As per her claims, it appears that Allison Coss and Stamos first early 2004 in Orlando Florida. In the same years, Stamos had by then separated from wife Rebecca Romijn and in conclusion divorced in 2005. The defense attorney and Assistant U.S. Attorney Maarten Vermaat were in consent about the fact today.
The incident is supposed to have happened when Stamos met Coss and her teen friend at a nightclub, subsequently asking them to join him at his hotel room. Stamos, as per Coss’s attorney without remorse offered her a drink even though he was aware that she was underage. As the evening proceeded Coss claims that 2 strippers appeared with cocaine, and they even took a pictures of Stamos next to the table with th
e drugs.
It is also said that Stamos and Coss kissed on a bed and later stepped into a hot tub together following Stamos undressing and Coss stripping to her underwear. She is said to have claimed that Stamos offered to perform oral s3x on Coss, however she declined. Just to brush up, the Florida law makes it a 2nd degree felony for someone 24 or older to have oral sex with anyone 16 or 17 years old.
Stamos ultimately became irritated; bust a bedpost with his bare hands and hurried out of the room before expressing regret that he invited Coss to spend the night.
Stamos got in touch with the FBI this fall after receiving 2 emails, one from someone calling herself "Jessica T" asserting that she was pregnant with Stamos’s child, and another from a "anonymous person, Brian L threatening to expose the allegedly compromising photos of Stamos with Coss to the papers. That’s is when Coss and one by the name Scott Sippola was picked up by the police. The defense acknowledges that Coss and Sippola tried to sell photos to Stamos nevertheless said it was a legitimate business offer and not a crime.
