All happened on the nationalized television show!! The tea-party sensation, Republican Senate candidate Christine O’Donnell and Democratic opponent Chris Coons’ got together on the show for a debate that ended-up with sparks flying around.

During the show, Christine O’Donnell questioned Chris Coons’ patriotism openly referring to him as a Marxist who would “rubber-stamp” the overspending policies of the Obama administration. In turn Coon’s called Christine a person devoid of concrete ideas, only experienced in delivering slogans and no solutions.

The two were pitted against each other during the 90-minute debate in Mitchell Hall at the University of Delaware. The debate was aired live on CNN. The clash was one of the most anticipated media event ever since O’Donnell won the Republican primary Sept. 14 beating Rep. Michael Castle.
