Ohio state leaders have drawn an agreement with the Joose and Four Loko, the manufacturers of the brands of caffeinated alcohol drinks on stopping the distribution of their products within the state of Ohio.

A government spokesperson has pointed out that the stores will be allowed to sell their current stock; nevertheless they’re will not be allowed purchase any more product.

The sales of Joose and Four Loko had skyrocketed in the last couple of months even though there were reports of students hospitalized for high levels of intoxication after consuming it.

The Ohio Department of Commerce and the Division of Liquor Control made an announcement banning the two brands. Earlier Michigan, Washington, Utah and Oklahoma had already banned the beverages
