The Bank of America’s website is down for quite some time now since early morning and remains to be restored.
The bank is replying to users about the predicament on Twitter via @BofA_Help. The website hasn’t working for almost 6 hours for some users.
A BofA spokesperson has pointed out that the problems started at 4 a.m. PST.
The spokesperson meanwhile added that the outage is only affecting certain portion of the bank’s customers. She said,
"The majority of our customers are banking normally,"
The bank is yet to ascertain number of affected customers, or whether the Internet outage was restricted to certain parts of the US.
