Democratic Rep. David Wu who is in trouble over his involvement in a s.e.x scandal might not run for a re-election forthcoming year. David Wu is currently in the news for what is said to be an aggressive and unwanted sexual behavior with a young woman.

The Oregonian and Politico has reportedly confirmed Wu’s plan to skip the 2012 elections. Wu’s s.exual escapade was first reported by Portland newspaper on Friday evening. The paper reported that the incident has been confirmed from a senior Democratic official.

The Oregonian broke out the news that a young woman has reported the incident accusing Wu of aggressive and unwanted s.exual behavior.

The woman’s identity is yet to be ascertained. All that is known for now is that the woman graduated from high school in the year 2010 and is the daughter of Wu’s friend, who had donated for his campaign.

Commenting over the reports, Wu allegedly told his office mates that his encounter with the woman was consensual. The incident occurred during the Thanksgiving weekend.
