Hurricane Irene downgraded to a tropical storm left a great deal of destruction in its path. Most part of New Jersey and New York was submerged in flood water leaving several homeless. The power was cut off and most part of the country was in dark. There were reports of people dead and several getting washed away. We believe he must have been wearing a oxygen kit to be submerged for such a long time or he might be holding his breath, which is really stunning.
