Tea Time: Boiled egg white, vegetable, or chicken soup. You can replace eggs with sprouts if you prefer
Dinner: Steamed vegetables or Salads, boiled and salted chicken or fish. Or you can go in for a combination of a salad and a bowl of vegetables. You can also opt for vegetables with chicken and multi grain toast.
