How to make Pork Cheese Steak?
Here is the recipe for Pork Cheese Steak Rolls.
- 1 medium green pepper, chopped (3/4 cup).
- 2 tablespoon finely chopped onion.
- 2 tablespoons margarine or butter.
- 3 cups dry bread cubes
- 1 71/2-ounce can tomatoes, cut up.
- 1 cup shredded Swiss Cheese (4 ounces)
- 1/2 teaspoon salt.
- 1/2 teaspoon poultry seasoning or ground sage.
- 1/2 teaspoon pepper.
- 6 pork cubed steaks
Cook green pepper and onion in margarine or butter till tender but not brown. Toss with bread cubes, un-drained tomatoes, cheese, salt, poultry seasoning or sage, and pepper; mix well. Sprinkle meat with salt. Divide stuffing mixture among steaks. Roll up jelly-roll style and secure with wooden picks. Place it in a large backing dish. Bake at 400 degree in a oven for 40 minutes or till done. Makes 6 servings.Serve hot!
